Martin Mileros

Martin is a multi-instrumentalist and composer playing the drums and the backing tracks for the band. He was previously in different band constellations and genres together with David, Henrik and Jonas at different times in life before creating the post-rock and post-metal vision of Sagor Som Leder Mot Slutet with David and Jonas over a couple of beers and mutual problems with singers.

Martin has a family with background in classical music, playing the piano himself and his father performing the composed violin parts on “II”. Growing up, old-school Scandinavian black metal was the most influential genre, but now Martin also composes for video games, motion pictures and a contemporary solo project. He also works with hi-fi speakers and amplifiers having an audiophile eargasm when finding the “perfect sound”.

As a musician Martin is famous for playing too fast and hitting too hard depending on the “beers before performance”-quantity ratio.

As a person Martin is famous for his polish hospitality while also being a pain in the ass if someone hits a wrong note. He prefers communicating through music over words.
